Retainer Fee:  $1,500.00

Starts the process of selecting an egg donor and receiving profiles. INCLUDES psychological screening and clearance of donor. Clients not residing in the USA shall be charged an additional professional fee of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00).

EDSI Agency Admin/Coordination Fee:	$4,500.00
Coordination of your donor cycle, arrangement of legal, psychological, medical clearance, insurance, meetings and phone calls to donor and medical facility.
Egg Donor Compensation:	$5,000.00
Donor's fees are placed in a trust account until completion of cycle. (Egg donor's fees range from $5,000 to $15,000)
Recipients' Legal Fees:	$ 750.00
Includes legal retainer, drafting of contracts for recipient.
Donor's Legal Fees:	$  350.00
Consult for egg donor to review contracts.
Donor Insurance Policy:	$  400.00
Covers donor in case of any complications that may arise from the egg donor cycle.
Total Cost	$12,500.00

*Donor fees range from $5,000 -$15,000. A typical first time donor will receive $5,000. Repeat donors and donors with advance degrees receive higher compensation.
